This website only. If you are a patient whose claim we administer, your data is processed under our contract with your insurer or hospital, and their privacy notice applies alongside ours.

• What you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, work email, the nature of your enquiry and your message.
• Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser and not transmitted to us.
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies. If you do not, none is collected.

We do not ask for health information anywhere on this website. Please do not put clinical details, policy numbers or patient names into the enquiry form.

To answer your enquiry, and to understand which pages are useful. The lawful basis for answering an enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us. The basis for analytics is your consent.
